1. Shipping Options

We currently offer two shipping methods within the United States:

1. Insured & Tracked Shipping

• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

• Cost: Free

• Includes full tracking and insurance for your package

• Available on all orders, no minimum required

2. Premium Expedited Shipping

• Delivery Time: 2–3 business days

• Cost: $14.99

• Ideal if you need your order sooner

• Also includes full tracking and insurance

2. Processing Times

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until delivery.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within the United States

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, please contact us at strengthmattersiat@gmail.com. All shipments are insured, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.
